TROTTERS – Sébastien Guarato got his day off to a good start. He arrived at La Prairie at Caen with eight of his horses, including five Italian ones, and they all left with their passports for racing. In addition to this impressive score of 8 out of 8, it is worth noting that his representatives also achieved the three fastest times of the morning: Instagram Bi (Tactical Landing) in 1’15’‘9, In Scream Gio (Gimpanzee) in 1’16’’3, and finally Niway (Saxo de Vandel) in 1’16”5, the best time among the non-foreign horses. This pretty filly completed her course in a relaxed manner, showing no signs of fatigue on her return to the scales. Sébastien Guarato did not have to comment at length on the filly’s performance, contenting himself with a summary that says it all: “She has everything going for her: mental strength, physique, speed, and pedigree.” Indeed, her brother Iway (Look de Star) is placed in a Group 1 in Italy and has earned €194,930 in prize money. A total of 81 candidates took to the track in ideal weather conditions and on a fast track. Fifty-eight of them qualified, a very impressive success rate of 71%.
